This website, www.radharani.co("Website"), is owned and operated by Radharani Jewellers Limited (hereinafter referred as "Radharani" or "Company" or "we" or "us" or "our") having its registered office at 61-C, Krishna Nagar, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh - 281004. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. In accessing and using the services provided by our Website you signify your consent and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specified herein Radharani reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to check for the recent updates. Any updates to these Terms of Conditions shall take effect immediately upon the date of posting and you agree to be bound by the terms of these updates and amendments.

Eligibility Criteria

If you are below 18 years of age, you are prohibited to use/purchase/contract from or with this Website. Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use or transact through this Website.

Those who choose to access this Website from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent local laws are applicable.

Pan Card Terms and Conditions

For purchase above Rs. 2 lakhs, PAN card must be provided upon placing the order in the manner specified by Radharani. Failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order.

For all domestic shipments, if the order value exceeds Rs. 2 lakhs, the customer will need to enter the PAN and click on verify PAN card. Only upon PAN card verification the order will proceed to the payment page. The billing name is supposed to be the same as the PAN card else the PAN card will not get verified and the customer will not be able to proceed with the order.

Delivery Schedule

Domestic Orders

A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order by clicking Track Order and find the order status.

Express Delivery option available for select PIN Codes for select cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru) for select products. Under this option, the product will be delivered the next day subject to the condition that the order is placed by 2 PM. For Orders placed after 2 PM, the tentative delivery timelines will be T+2 days. If the delivery timeline falls on a public holiday or Sunday, the timeline for express delivery will be extended by another day.

For all other PIN Codes, delivery timeline will be of 5-7 days for domestic orders.

PLEASE NOTE:Customer needs to produce any of the following Government issued photo identity proof for receiving the delivery:

  • Pan card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter identification card

International Orders

For International Orders, the tentative delivery timeline will be of T+15 days. PLEASE NOTE: Customer needs to produce PAN Card or Form 60 and passport or driving license for receiving the delivery for order value above INR 2 lakhs. NOTE: At present, we do not have the option to deliver a single order to multiple destinations. You will need to place different orders for shipment to multiple destinations. 

Cancellation by Customer

Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Registered customers can always check the status of their order from with the customer support team at Radharani. Once the cancellation request is received, if any payments have been received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use). Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive the refund amount directly in your account or through cheque. For more details on refunds, please see the Refunds section of these Terms and Conditions.

NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest. 

Return Policy

Radharani is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our Website . However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

7- days Return Policy for Domestic orders only

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and get the refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.

International Orders

NOTE: In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products. In case a defective product has been received, you are required to report the defect within 7 days of receipt of the product by writing to us on mail@radharani.co or support@radhrani.co.

International customers can also reach out to us on WhatsApp +918077403366. In case the order is not accepted by the customer and is returned to origin, freight charges and import duty will be levied to the customer.

Radharani Exchange Program (Exchange of Companys jewellery products)

Products purchased from the Website may only be exchanged at Radharani stores

1.Radharani Products Exchange :

a) Jewellery sold through any Radharani outlet or the respective brand website, as applicable, will be accepted for exchange at the store, as per the prevailing terms and conditions of the exchange policy which is operated at the discretion of the Company

b) 24kt, 22kt, 18kt, 14kt gold and studded jewellery, and platinum jewellery will be accepted for exchange after due examination for purity, defects, weights and originality, damage or stone defects (cracks, replacements, alterations) including the Company/Brand mark / logo. In case of any discrepancy in the product, it will not be accepted for exchange.

c) For any exchange, original invoice and certificate of authenticity must be produced.

d) The terms for valuation of the product is given below:

  • Gold / plain platinum products will be valued at 100% prevailing metal rate at the respective stores on the day of exchange.
  • Diamonds (on studded gold / platinum products) will be valued at 90% prevailing stone rate on the day of exchange.
  • Solitaire (loose solitaire/ Studded gold or platinum solitaire jewellery) will be valued at 90% prevailing stone rate if customer buys studded gold / studded platinum product against the exchange
  • Solitaire (loose solitaire/ Studded gold or platinum solitaire jewellery) will be valued at 90% prevailing stone rate if the customer buys plain gold / plain platinum product or coin against exchange.
  • No exchange for Solitaires of 2 carats and above
  • Other Studded products will be valued at 80% of prevailing value of the product
  • Any other category of products not mentioned above will need to be checked with the respective stores for the prevailing terms and conditions
  • Making charges, taxes, and any discount given on the original invoice, will be deducted in full.

The exchange program may be withdrawn or modified without prior notice. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the company
